Vallesinella Waterfalls in Trentino, Italy

To take this photo, I took five photos to create a vertical panorama and merged them in Photoshop.

A beautiful, relatively easy trail (though with steep and wet stairs, so not recommended for the elderly or those in poor physical condition; children should be supervised) winds through the woods alongside an incredible series of waterfalls. Taking the stairs back down is highly recommended.

These waterfalls are among the most famous in Trentino, thanks in particular to their magnificent natural setting, nestled in the lush green of the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park.

Admiring and photographing these three waterfalls (Cascate Alte, Cascata di Mezzo, and Cascata di Sotto) offers the opportunity for a long and relaxing walk through the beech forests at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, a stone's throw from Madonna di Campiglio.
